Little Blue Notes was born from a monthly email sent to followers of my Yoga and Pilates classes. Little Blue Notes is geared toward building a sense of community among like-minded individuals to inspire healthy living through exercising the mind and body. I plan to combine a decade of teaching fitness with years of working in public relations and marketing to create this blog, combining my three passions: health, fitness, and writing. I look forward to sharing thoughts about exercising the mind and body with you, as I truly believe the two are key elements for building a happy life. My tips come from my own life experiences, as well as from things that I've read which have touched me in some way and I want to share them with you.
